नारायणपुर । नारायणपुर जिले के सोनपुर-कोहकामेटा क्षेत्र में माओवादियों और सुरक्षा बलों के बीच हुई भीषण मुठभेड़ में जिला रिजर्व गार्ड (डीआरजी) के प्रधान आरक्षक श्री बीरेंद्र कुमार शोरी वीरगति को प्राप्त हो गए। यह दुखद घटना सुरक्षा बलों और माओवादियों के बीच मंगलवार को हुई, जिसमें सुरक्षा बलों ने बहादुरी के साथ नक्सलियों का सामना किया।
कांकेर जिले के थे निवासी
अमर शहीद जवान श्री बीरेंद्र कुमार शोरी कांकेर जिले के नरहरपुर क्षेत्र के निवासी थे। उनका बलिदान न केवल जिले के लिए, बल्कि पूरे प्रदेश के लिए गर्व का विषय है। उन्होंने माओवादियों के खिलाफ बहादुरी से लड़ते हुए देश के लिए अपने प्राणों की आहुति दी।
मुठभेड़ का घटनाक्रम
सुरक्षा बलों की संयुक्त टीम, जिसमें बीएसएफ (सीमा सुरक्षा बल) और डीआरजी के जवान शामिल थे, क्षेत्र में सर्च ऑपरेशन पर निकली थी। इस दौरान सोनपुर-कोहकामेटा क्षेत्र में माओवादियों ने घात लगाकर हमला कर दिया। मुठभेड़ कई घंटों तक चली, जिसमें जवानों ने नक्सलियों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया। इसी संघर्ष में श्री शोरी ने अदम्य साहस का परिचय देते हुए अंतिम सांस तक लड़ाई लड़ी।
श्रद्धांजलि और शोक
शहीद जवान के बलिदान पर पूरे क्षेत्र में शोक की लहर है। उनकी बहादुरी को याद करते हुए लोगों ने उन्हें शत-शत नमन किया। जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग ने उनकी शहादत को सलाम करते हुए उनके परिवार के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की।
सुरक्षा बलों की प्रतिबद्धता
यह घटना माओवादियों के खिलाफ सुरक्षा बलों की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है। जवानों के इस साहसिक प्रयास ने नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र में शांति और सुरक्षा बहाल करने की दिशा में एक मजबूत संदेश दिया है।
शहीद जवान बीरेंद्र कुमार शोरी की शहादत को कभी नहीं भुलाया जाएगा। उनका बलिदान हमें देश की सेवा और सुरक्षा के लिए प्रेरित करता रहेगा।
